Schedules seed from each accepted proposal, then you have full control: edit any line's label, amount, type and dates, add or remove lines, mark To send / Sent / Paid / Void, and rebuild the draft schedule from the proposal when scope changes. The developer report's financials follow. Invoicing still happens in Xero.

All amounts shown ex-GST. Invoices are billed +15% GST — each line shows the GST-inclusive figure.
