Why two formats? AVIF is much smaller at the same quality and is supported by every current browser; the JPEG is the universal fallback. The ZIP gives you Web Ready/JPEG/ and Web Ready/AVIF/ folders.
Kind to your machine. Images are processed one at a time on a background thread, so the page stays responsive and your computer won't grind. Large photos are scaled to a 2560px long edge before compressing. Very small images that are already under the target size are kept as-is (and flagged), never inflated.
